Serpens Veritas Carding Roster (YES IT BACK)

***Faerith's thread inspired me to make this official roster set up. So credits to him for the great idea.

Alright guys lets get carding groups up and rolling again!

[The Purpose]
To get more carding action in the guild, and make it more frequent.

[The Breakdown]
There will be 7 captains, anyone can apply to be a captain. Captains will post the specific days and time they card so members can choose which captain(s) best fit their schedule to card.

Ideally if we have 7 captains it would mean there would be carding activity 7days a week (which would be awesome).

Currently there isn't a lot of monster card action going on in the guild, and I've seen a couple members ask to card but no one is free. So I think its about time we change that.

There will be multiple teams for specific days of the week to make carding more accessible to everyone.

[How this will work]
There will be 7 captains who have specific agendas for when they're available to card. There is no requirement to be captain, anyone can volunteer. A captain will have a team which other guild members can join. Obviously you'll join which ever teams suit your schedule best. I will soon make visuals to show captains and there teams.

[Responsibilities of captain and members]
If you're going to be a captain please fill out this form so I can make chart for your team.

Team Name: (Just for the heck of it you can give a team name)
Name: (Your in game name)
Day: (Which day(s) of the week are you available to card)
Time: (Anytime of day? Evenings? etc, if you like you can be super specific like 6pm-8pm or something its up to you)
Location: (Which map(s) will do you usually card at? Western, Woodbench etc)


Captains and team members should have cards stocked for the days which they will card.
But you can also just help kill, its up to you.

[Final Points]
-If guild grows more we'll have more than 7 captains, but for now 7 should be fine
-How drops are distributed can be settled among the captain and team. (But try to prioritize)
-If you know someone just got their first merc and really wants
be kind and let them get evo drop. Of course this is something
that the captain and his/her team can figure out.

-Keep in mind you might be carding for a while so bring appropriate amount of Food/DS Vitamins/Disks so you can make the most of the carding sessions

-If you feel your captain is perhaps eating all the drops, or is failing to perform on the times stated just PM me on forum and tell me the issue. Or if you like whisper me in game and we'll resolve the problem. (But you guys are all lovely and I trust we will never have problems ^~^)

-Also if captain wants to change their time feel free to change it.
